"Good God, It Was Fun!"
Challenge
In 2024, we pitched an idea to New York Magazine about creating a portfolio featuring legendary figures. Photo editor Jody Quon responded with an even bigger concept: capture portraits of 29 Broadway legends across 11 shoot days, spanning both Los Angeles and New York. The goal? A cohesive, visually unified series celebrating Broadway’s most iconic performers.
Solution
Photographer Mark Seliger, in collaboration with our internal team and New York Magazine, developed the creative direction for the portfolio. We brought on stylist Daniel Edly to design bespoke looks for each subject—each styled as a visual homage to their most iconic roles. Our team handled everything from creative development and talent coordination to full-scale production, ensuring a seamless and cohesive execution across all shoots.
