Falling in Love Again
Professor Jean-Pierre Montague, played by Luke Wilson, is an eccentric, burned out tennis pro and “bestselling” author of The Dress Code of Human Nature — a bestseller only in Utashinai, Japan… many, many years ago… but a bestseller nonetheless. Needless to say, he is a legend in his own mind and has a deep affinity for adventure, tequila sunrises, and dwelling in the yesteryears.

Challenge
Fila wanted to commemorate its 110th Anniversary with a one-of-the-kind celebration of its defining legacy in pop culture, sport, and style.
Solution
Seliger Studio wrote and produced “Falling In Love Again” a witty short film starring Luke Wilson as the fictional professor, former tennis player, and Fila ambassador Jean-Pierre Montague. The film also stars Adesuwa Aighewi and the late Angus Cloud.

A Creative Partnership
Luke and I are old friends, and after a few excellent calls back and forth, with the help of writer Mary Alice Miller and set designer Thomas Thurnauer, we brought the kooky philosophy of Professor Montague front and center for our short film “Falling In Love Again.” Collaborating with Tara Narayan and Team Fila couldn’t have been a more delightful way to bring this project to life.
